The kitchen and the breakfast area are probably where most families spend most of their time on any given day; therefore, it’s important that the kitchen layout caters to your family style and has plenty of room and elegance that makes your time in the kitchen enjoyable.We offer custom-built kitchens with top-notch quality cabinets and countertops.
We will design and build the cabinets exactly how you want them and bring your ideas to life.

Process:

We provide the client with a proposal 3 to 5 days after our initial meeting and walkthrough.
If the initial proposal is acceptable and within budget, we will need to schedule a time to come back with our cabinet builder to do a detailed walkthrough and work on putting the design and plans together for the new kitchen.
**The plans and the design will cost $1,500, which will be credited towards the cost of the project after the contract is signed**
We would sign the contract upon agreeing on the final design of the new kitchen, the final scope of work, and the price.
After the contract is signed, we use the time between when the contract is signed and the actual start date of the project. We will start the permitting process and the material selection and purchasing.

The general flow of the construction work:

We provide the client with an estimate.
After agreeing on a price, we would sign the contract.
After the contract is signed, we will start the permitting process.
We will come up with an exact layout and design of the kitchen and provide the client with a 3D-drawing of the proposed design and layout.
The client would go to the showroom and finalize the cabinets by selecting the color (stain or paint), panel styles, hardware, and any luxury add-ons.
We will start purchasing all of the material for the kitchen:
- Electrical fixtures
- Plumbing fixtures
- Tiles (back splash)
- Countertops (granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, lime stone)
- Flooring (tile, hardwood, vinyl)
- Paint selection
Start the construction process.
An average kitchen renovation process may take up to 4 weeks (construction time).
- The overall process including the selection and purchasing the material including the building of the custom cabinets may take up to 8 to 10 weeks.

BCM London finished our basement and it was an excellent experience. I was very nervous about finding a contractor that did high-quality work at a reasonable price and wouldn't take forever. From the very first contact, Salar was on top of things, getting an estimate back to me in record time. It's a family business so everyone works together well. When the project started, things progressed on schedule with minor setbacks (some caused by us and always understandable). My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much you’re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etc…We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - he’s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - it’s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered. He answered ALL texts and phone calls right away, no matter the time or the day and always gave me the time to talk about anything and answer questions I had. Honesty. Contractors these days are….questionable. I never looked at B.C.M. as “contractors” - I looked at them as an established business that has an amazing presence doing remodels. Salar and his team were honest the entire time the basement was being remodeled. He gave us our allowances on materials, if we went below, he took it off the bill at the end, if we went above he would add it as a line item in the estimate and send me a copy. In short, you won’t be in the dark - you’ll always know what’s going on with budget as well as material costs. Hiring B.C.M. London was the best decision we could have made. You can’t get any better. I’m a DIYer myself and I’m very picky about things and I will say that I’m extremely pleased with their work and would be glad to hire them again! PS. They finished the work on time, they cleaned up after themselves with a professional cleaning crew at the end. :)

We used BCM London to do a complete finish of a basement. I had about 6 quotes for the job, with most prices being about the same with the exception of one really low and one really high outlier. We chose to go with Salar because I felt that he displayed a level of professionalism and experience that gave me confidence about the process. We made the right choice as not only did the basement turn out beautiful, but Salar handled all the aspects as we would have expected. I was very impressed with the timing and organization of each subcontractor and how quickly Salar moved the project along behind the scenes. We have nothing but good things to say about BCM London! We had wanted to renovate our master bathroom for a long time, but were really intimidated by the entire process. I had a Pinterest board of ideas, but I was completely lost as to how to make it actually happen. BCM London had done several bathroom renovations in our neighborhood, and they came highly recommended. From the first interaction with Salar, to the last, the renovation was a totally seamless process. He referred us to Avery & Home to help with the actual design (also HIGHLY recommend Megan and her design expertise,) and they worked together to finalize the design and logistics. Salar was in constant communication with us to keep us informed of next steps and any potential delays. I don’t remember it ever taking him more than 10 minutes to return a text message no matter when it was sent—he is amazing. We are completely thrilled with our bathroom and would not hesitate to use BCM London for any future renovations—big or small!

We could not have had a better experience than with BCM London and Salar Sayari. We had several quotes done for a kitchen renovation project, that included gutting the kitchen and removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the dining-room. Salar was one of the few people willing to work with the permitting process in the City of Atlanta, something which we insisted on. His quote was as far as $25000 less than the most expensive one we got, on a $50-60000 project, all included. His quote included everything except the appliances. We had the walls redone, the electricity and plumbing updated, the appliances changed places, the floor was changed etc... Salar and his employeesassoicates were a pleasure to work with. Salar answers his emails and texts quickly, and is always willing to answer questions clearly. The work started the day we had agreed on, and was finished on the day that had been stated in the contract. The work done was quality work, and was approved quickly by the City. BCM London (owner Salar) recently completed our 2000sqft basement, taking it from concrete to a beautiful space. This included new bathrooms and a kitchen/bar area with custom cabinets and beautiful tile work and multiple living spaces. The work started before the contracted date and completed on time for a major event at our house. Salar is great to work with. He has a great team. He has worked with his contractors for years and was able to keep the job moving, even with COVID slowing inspections and deliveries. I have hired BCM London three times now - to finish a large basement, do a deck (something they no longer do), and completely remodel my master bath (basically they took it down to the studs and re-did everything.) I guess the greatest compliment is that I keep hiring them. I am happy to say that they are still excellent. Salar is responsive and helpful, always staying on top of the things. BCM expanded our living area by knocking down a wall. They also built two large closets. Our job was more of a challenge than average because our condo was built in the 50's and has plaster walls. It took extra work to make the drywall look good in one wall, but Salar insisted on getting it right. This is a family business with great communication and a warm , personal touch. BCM London recently completed a remodel of my master and hall bathrooms and the master walk-in closet. Salar, the owner, was always courteous, accessible, and willing to work with me to achieve my design goals. Any problem that arose was addressed promptly. Salar’s estimate was very detailed, with a breakdown of each component of the project. And, his flexibility regarding design, product, and vendor selections was a welcome change from other remodelers’ restrictive approach. The subcontractors were polite and hard working. I was impressed with the quality of Hector’s work and his problem solving ability. Israel did an excellent job with both the design and installation of my tile selections. And, Hilario saw that the painting met my expectations. I decided to keep the original cabinetry, and Salar and his crews worked with me to seamlessly integrate the existing cabinets with the new master soaker tub and shower. (I had very specific requirements for the new enlarged corner shower regarding height of pony walls, depth and height of the bench and design and placement of the niche and fixtures. The frameless shower door and glass panels required special consideration due to size and footprint of the shower.) The carpentry and stain matching was exemplary, and I now have two beautiful and functional bathrooms. The master closet shelving/hanger system was designed and installed to my specifications, resulting in a walk-in closet that is both well organized and multifunctional with adjustable shelves. BCM London was an excellent choice for my recent home remodel, and I plan to work with this company on future projects.
